Transcension Bug Patch 1

Unfortunately due to so many errors in the game caused by the Offline Progress I had no choice but to disable it until I create my own.

Fixes Achievement Not Updating

Fixes Quantum Realm Button being available when it shouldn't

I'm sorry for such low quality of this update

I am quite disappointed with these issues 

This being said the next dev cycle is going to be quite long since development on Balancing, UI tweaks and an android version are being developed as I send this message
